WHERE:  Troy Community Building, 1225 Last Chance Rd., Troy, KS 66087  (20 miles west of St. Joseph, MO on Hwy. 36) South of 36 Hwy and Last Chance Rd. ½ mile

TIMES:  Open to public 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday.   9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday.
